Missed Giving Day? You can still make a gift here!
Libraries

Gifts supporting the NDSU Libraries improve student experiences with the potential to reach many students — use of the Libraries and Libraries’ spaces is available to students seven days a week! Your gift supports the Libraries in cultivating inviting, student-centered, and accessible spaces that enrich teaching, learning, and research to advance student success, innovation, and academic excellence.

Your Giving Day gift will support your project preference:

Library improvements such as the newly created and outfitted Student Study Alcove space just off the main first floor hall area; adding new features to the two new Relaxation & Reflection Rooms now open for student use; additions to the MultiMedia Studio which houses two podcasting stations, a presentation station, and a brand-new one-button Lightboard station for recording instruction sessions; and general improvements to the Libraries, for example, upgrading Group Study Rooms and the Library 110 Instruction Room with accessible technology including a new presentation screen and built-in microphones.

The Germans from Russia Heritage Collection (GRHC) is undergoing a two-phase renovation that includes a number of transformative changes to enhance the student and visitor experience. Phase I is well underway and completion is scheduled for January 2025. Phase II includes significant space dedicated to engaging and immersive museum-quality exhibits. This is a unique opportunity for donors to help us bring the story of the Germans from Russia to life.

  • NDSU Museum and Collections (MAC) Fund
The NDSU Museum and Collections officially launched this fall during Homecoming week. The NDSU Museum Galleries, University Collections, and Portal Collections showcase a diverse range of collections that highlight the university's rich history, scientific achievements, and cultural heritage. The mission of NDSU Museum and Collections is to ensure preservation of objects, artifacts, and specimens resulting from the work of the NDSU community, and ensure broad accessibility to all. Donations will directly support collection development and implementation of new exhibits across campus and the greater Fargo-Moorhead community.
